Area mode guides the user through width and length measurements, then calculates the resulting area.

Volume mode guides the user through width, length, and height measurements, then calculates the resulting volume.

Indirect measurement uses the Pythagorean theorem to calculate a height from guided distance measurements. Follow the on-screen sequence and confirm the applicable mode for the model.

Indirect Measurement II combines two guided triangle measurements to calculate a total height or width where direct measurement is impractical.

 

Indirect Measurement III calculates the difference between two heights, such as the space above a door or below an elevated opening.

Stake-out mode uses a defined interval and directional guidance to help divide a measured distance into repeated segments.
