Connect Your Laser Distance Measurer via Bluetooth | MeasureMate

Step 1: Activate the Bluetooth On The Laser Distance Measurer

Activate the Bluetooth on your laser distance measurer. The Bluetooth symbol BLE will begin flashing on the device’s screen, which means it is ready to pair.

Step 2: Open the Bluetooth Manager In The MeasureMate App

1. Open the MeasureMate app on your phone.
2. Tap the Bluetooth icon at the top right of the screen.
3. Enter the Bluetooth Manager

Step 3: Search The Laser Distance Measurer In The Bluetooth Manager

1. The “Current Device” is the device you’ve connected once. The Bluetooth Manager will automatically reconnect to it.
2. If you want to unpair it, tap the “Unpair” button.
3. The “Other Devices” is the searched nearby devices.
4. Once you see your device, tap to pair and connect with the APP
5. Once connected, the Bluetooth icon on the laser distance measurer will stop blinking with a beep (if the buzzer is supported).

Step 1: Choose The Image You Want to Use

1. There two way to set your image, pick from the gallery or take one by camera.
2. Tap the red “+” button, choose the way you want.
3. Once selected, you will see the photo displayed in the APP

Step 2: Manage Measurements With Photo

1. Tap the photo you just imported or took to enter main screen
2. There are FOUR functions in the tool bar, they are (left to right):

• Title of the image
• Drawing
• Meme
• Export

Step 3: Change The Photo Title (Photo Name)

1. Tap the “Title of the image” (the 1st icon from the left) to change the title of photo.
2. Type your preferred name and press OK to save.

Step 4: Drawing The Photo I

1. Tap the “Drawing” (the 2nd icon from the left) to bring the drawing tool box up.
2. There are four types of tool:

• Line with arrow
• Line with two arrows
• Square
• Cubic

3. Tape the desired tool and use your finger(s) to draw on the image.

Step 5: Drawing The Photo II

1. When Drawing, there is a magnifier on the screen so you can see the details on the image during moving the finger around.

Step 6: Drawing The Photo III

1. You can always re-adjust the line by tap on the line, square or cubic again.
2. To remove the line, tap the “X” icon in the front of the line, square or cubic.

Step 7: Draw Your Measurement To The Line

1. Take your first measurement, the measured length will pop on the APP.
2. Draw and drop to the line you just measured to enter the result.
3. Repeat the two actions to organize the measurements on the finger tip.

Tune The Line I

1. Tap the setting icon at the down-right button of the APP to enter the Line Setup Screen.
2. You can enter the value manually, change the thickness, the color of line.

Tune The Line II

1. When return to main screen, you can see find the what you set is up on the screen

1. In the main screen, tap on the Note Sticker icon.
2. There are three ways for note taking – text, sound and video.
3. Select the one you want and tap on the image.
4. The notes will export in a zip file when exporting.

1. Create Folder in the folder tab for easier managing projects.
2. Create a folder with a name for better organize.
3. Back to image tab, and move the images you want to the folder.
4. You can create folder during move the images.
5. When export the folder, it will all pack in a zip file.

1. In the main screen, tap on the Export icon.
2. Everything on the image will be export in a zip.
3. If you are exporting a whole folder or several images, it will all pack in a zip file too.

Step I: Activate Scale Function

1. If you have only a few chances to take measurement or only know one or two length in the image. You can use the SCALE function to estimate the length and area in the image.
2. Tap on the line which you know the length.
3. You can see the “Scale” icon next to the value input.
4. Tap to turn this function on.
5. Return to the main screen.

Step II: View Estimated Measurements

1. In the main screen, tap on the line you want to use the scale function to input the length.
2. Tap the “Scale” icon at the left-bottom of the main screen.
3. The ESTIMATED length will be show on the line or square.
